Description: According to records, this dress was worn by Mary Gregg Butler. It appears to have been made in the late 1820’s or early 1830’s. This Romantic Era dress in two styles. View A has banded-down sleeves, or View B full leg o mutton early sleeve. The View B pelerine capelet was worn with the earlier 1820’s style.
